Darkness to Light Christmas Concert

Advent is a season of waiting, longing, and hope. As we prepare to celebrate the birth of Christ, we journey from the uncertainty and darkness of the world toward the light of the Incarnation. Darkness to Light invites you to experience that journey through a powerful evening of music, scripture, and congregational song.

Presented by the choirs and ensembles of BMPC's Music & Fine Arts Ministry, this 75-minute concert weaves together beloved Advent and Christmas music with new choral works, scripture readings, and congregational carols. As the story unfolds, the Sanctuary itself will gradually transition from darkness to light, creating a moving visual and musical reflection on God's promise fulfilled in Jesus Christ.

Whether you are seeking a moment of peace during a busy season or looking to deepen your preparation for Christmas, this service of music and worship offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and rejoice in the coming of the Light of the World.

Following the concert, all are invited to continue the celebration with a reception in the Court.
