Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church is pleased to welcome internationally acclaimed organist Karol Mossakowski for a special recital on the Rieger organ, presented in partnership with the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Guild of Organists.
Recently appointed Titular Organist of Saint-Sulpice Church—one of the world's most prestigious organ positions—Mossakowski is recognized for his extraordinary artistry as both a performer and improviser. His dynamic career has earned him First Prize at the International Prague Spring Competition and the Grand Prix de Chartres, establishing him as one of the leading organists of his generation.
In addition to his international concert career, Mossakowski serves as Professor of Improvisation at the Higher School of Music in San Sebastián, Spain (Musikene) and as Artist in Residence with the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice. Equally at home in solo recital, improvisation, and collaborative performances with instrumentalists and orchestras, he brings exceptional creativity and musicianship to every performance.
Don't miss this opportunity to hear one of the world's finest organists perform on BMPC's magnificent Rieger organ.
All are welcome.
