Souls Shot: Portraits of Victims of Gun Violence

Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church invites you to the opening of Souls Shot: Portraits of Victims of Gun Violence, a powerful exhibition that bears witness to the lives of those lost to gun violence through the language of portraiture.

Created in collaboration with the families and friends of victims, each portrait tells the story of a unique individual whose life mattered deeply. Together, these works serve as acts of remembrance, preserving memories while offering a space for healing, compassion, and hope.

More than an art exhibition, Souls Shot invites viewers to consider the profound human impact of gun violence on families, neighborhoods, and communities. Through the personal stories behind each portrait, the exhibition encourages thoughtful reflection and meaningful conversation about loss, resilience, and our shared responsibility to care for one another.
