Caring Ministries

We care about our members and their loved ones and provide support and assistance so that our lives can be lived more fully. A focus of our care-giving efforts is counsel at times of critical life transitions. When health, aging, or life circumstances are a concern, we offer pastoral care, professional care, visitation by trained members of the congregation, prayer, spiritual nurture and caring support. All of our care is offered with confidentiality. Our team approach includes:

  • visits with pastors, who coordinate these efforts

  • a caregiver support group that meets monthly
  • counseling services and support groups through The Middleton Center
  • flower deliveries and phone calls by our deacons
  • meals and transportation offered by caring volunteers
  • opportunities to walk the Labyrinth in prayer
  • support for caregivers through the Main Line Adult Day Center
