The Middleton Center offers a variety of support and enrichment groups. Group membership is open; however, facilitators do request a conversation prior to attending.
- Bereavement Support Group. The Bereavement Group, Searching for Still Waters, explores the many complex feelings after the loss of a loved one. The group looks at choices that allow for healthy living while maintaining a connection with the deceased. Domenica Rafferty, MS, NCC, LPC, provides guidance and leadership. Searching for Still Waters meets the second and fourth Saturdays of every month, 10 – 11:30 a.m. All conversations are confidential.
- What You Need to Know About Divorce -"Second Saturday" Workshop. Every Second Saturday of the month from 9:00 a.m. - noon, Middleton Center. This is an informational workshop to offer financial, emotional and legal advice from qualified professionals to individuals and couples who are thinking about or in the process of separating or divorcing. $20/person.View the flyer.
- Clergy Colleague Groups. Through in depth and reflective dialogue using a case study approach, you will have the opportunity to develop substantive connections with other clergy. Two groups will begin in February 2016, and will convene on either the 2nd or 4th Monday of the month, at the Middleton Center in Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church. View the flyer.
